Description: Yoga for kids ages 2-5, with adult
Time: 10:00 – 10:30 am

Day of Week: Thursday
Cost: $50 for residents, $60 non-residents

This is a yoga class for parents to do with their children. We will explore a variety of traditional and not so traditional yoga poses, as well as sounds and songs. Kids will learn stretching techniques, and improve their balance, coordination and strength. They will also learn some basic breathing and relaxation practices. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet.

Youth Yoga: May 13 – June 10, 2009

Description: Youth Yoga for ages 10-16
Time: 3:00 – 3:30 pm
Dates: May 13 – June 10, 2009
Day of Week: Wednesday
Cost: $35 for residents, $45 non-residents

This yoga class is for older kids and teens. We will explore a variety of traditional yoga poses in a non-competitive manner, to promote self-awareness and confidence. Students will improve their coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. They will also learn some basic breathing techniques to increase concentration and relaxation. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet. $10 discount for siblings.

Yoga for Kids: May 13 – June 10, 2009

Cost: $35 for residents, $45 non-residents

This is a yoga class just for kids. We will explore a variety of traditional yoga poses with creativity and a playful attitude. Kids will improve their coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. They will also learn some basic breathing techniques to increase concentration and relaxation. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet. $10 discount for siblings.
