Description: Youth Yoga for ages 10-16

Cost: $35 for residents, $45 non-residents

This yoga class is for older kids and teens. We will explore a variety of traditional yoga poses in a non-competitive manner, to promote self-awareness and confidence. Students will improve their coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. They will also learn some basic breathing techniques to increase concentration and relaxation. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet. $10 discount for siblings.
